As the Museum of D&D, we are looking to gather as much information about how people used to play and how they currently play (including some of the "whys" in that) as possible. That means that even if you haven't played in 40 years, we'd love to have you take our survey. 

We also want to learn about the people who support those who play, whether older family members, spouses, friends, or anyone else... so even if you don't play, and never did - if you support people who do play the game, please consider completing the survey. 

Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in total. No information about any one participant will be shared.
